Canada - Wii sales nearing 1 million

Canada may not pull in big numbers for software/hardware sales, but their details is critical suitable to discuss. It’s interesting for me, at least! Canadians have purchased 318,000 Wiis for the first 6 months of 2008, bringing the grand total of Canadian Wii owners up to 986,200.

The Wii is expected to break a million in sales once the July figures have trickled in. that puts the Wii ahead of its nearest competitor at nearly a 2 to 1 ratio.
