Mad Catz to Produce Arsenal Football Club Branded Videogame Controllers and Accessories

SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. (AMEX/TSX: MCZ), a leading third-party interactive entertainment accessory provider, announced today that its Mad Catz Europe Limited subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with The Arsenal Football Club plc to produce customized videogame controllers and other videogame accessories utilizing the sort of the Arsenal Football Club of the English Premier League.

The multi-year agreement provides Mad Catz with rights to distribute licensed accessory products all through Europe.

Mad Catz plans to develop new, Arsenal-branded video game controllers, faceplates, Console Skinz™ and carrying cases for the PlayStation®2, PlayStation®3, Xbox 360™, PSP, Nintendo™ DS Lite, and Nintendo™ Wii gaming consoles.
