Finally, according to Gamekyo, the maraca peripherals have been confirmed. I’ll post there little snippet below.

Sega has confirmed to Gamekyo that

Samba de Amigo Wii will be sold with two maracas, the player will be able to choose within different gameplay types (Wiimote + Wiimote, Wiimote + Nunckuk…) though.
